Proper care for your purchase:

1) Keep your board treated with mineral oil.  Do not use any food based oil due to the fact that food based oil can turn rancid.

2) Do not soak your cutting board in water.  Use a damp cloth with soap and rinse the board, then make sure to let it dry.

3) Vinegar or hydrogen peroxide are a good way to sanitize your cutting board.
